This super cute fish planter is made by Geo Z. Lefton and is dated 1955 with design number 6798
The set comes with the fish planter and 2 white bubbles
If you do not want to hang the planter, it can stand upright on a shelf or on a counter
These were typically hung in a bathroom back in the day with maybe some plastic  seaweed or flowers.  In today’s world you could feature in a child’s room or as a gift to someone who enjoys sea life
