Georges Briard Mid-Century Stoplight Glass (Single)
In typical vintage humor, this highball glass gives you an option to either "Go," "Thimk" or "Stop"
So wondering what "Thimk" means?
It was started by the phrase made popular by IBM founder, Thomas J Watson
The phrase was known throughout IBM offices and made it on everything from stone, bronze wood and in their publications
In late 1950's, a counter fad sign started, and "Thimk" soon started appearing in office buildings and in schools
The point and humor was that someone didn’t follow their own advice and “think” well enough to spell the word “think”
This beautiful mid-century design features an old stoplight with green being "Go", yellow being "Thimk"  and red being "Stop." The back of the glass features "Load Limit" design surrounded by gold – so go ahead and fill it at whatever level you desire
Use this at your next party and watch your guests laugh and enjoy
This is truly a one-of-a-kind and a rare find
Glass is 5 1/2" height, 2 1/2" diameter
